CIRAT has teamed with the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development and the Technology Council of Northwest Pennsylvaniato provide competitive intelligence to new businesses in the Erie area. At least half a dozen entrepreneurs will have received competitive intelligence services from CIRAT teams by the end of this academic year. Such services include researching and analyzing potential competitors, potential markets, and potential customers or clients.
